Shipping policy

Delivery policy

Love Pet Prints sells digital downloads only. No physical product is shipped and no shipping is charged.

How delivery works

Once your payment is confirmed, a download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to the address you entered at checkout. The link gives you the print as five PDF files (A4, US Letter, 8 x 10 in, 5 x 7 in and 11 x 14 in) plus a one-page printing guide.

Delivery is normally instant. If your email has not arrived within ten minutes, check your junk folder, then contact hello@lovepetprints.com with your order number and we will resend it.

Where we deliver

Anywhere with an email address. Prices are in Australian dollars; your bank or card provider sets any currency conversion.

Printing

You print the files yourself at home or at a print shop. Printing costs are not included in the price.
