Refund policy
Love Pet Prints (ABN 53 409 308 787) sells digital art prints. Every product is a set of files delivered by download link straight after checkout. Nothing is posted.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure you are entitled to a refund or replacement; if the failure is not major you are entitled to have it fixed within a reasonable time. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
Change of mind
Because the files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not refund change of mind, accidental purchases, or orders where the wrong sign or breed was chosen. Please check the product title and images before you buy. If you bought the wrong print by mistake, email us within 48 hours and we will do what we reasonably can to help.
When we will refund or replace
We will replace the files or refund you in full if: a file is corrupt, will not open, or is missing from your download; the artwork or text does not match the product listing; you were charged more than once for the same order; or you never received your download link and we cannot resend it.
Print quality
Our files are supplied at 300 dpi for every listed size. We are not responsible for the quality of prints made from them, which depends on your printer, paper and settings. If a print looks wrong, check the printer is set to actual size and colour, and try a heavier paper. If the file itself is at fault we will replace it.
How to make a claim
Email hello@lovepetprints.com with your order number and a short description of the problem, with a screenshot or photo if you have one. We aim to reply within two business days and to resolve claims within ten business days. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout; banks usually take five to ten business days to show them.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handled your claim, tell us and we will look at it again. You can also contact the ACCC at accc.gov.au or your state or territory consumer protection agency.
