Support hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Sydney time (AEST/AEDT). Emails sent outside those hours are answered the next business day.

Response time: we aim to reply within one business day, and same day for anything about a missing or broken download. If your download email hasn't arrived within ten minutes of ordering, check your junk or promotions folder first, then send us your order number and we'll resend it.
